Are you getting your discounts? 

In addition to access to a number of products and services, members of the Minnesota Benefit Association are also eligible for a number of discounts.

One of the MBA’s partners,  MetLife, allows members to receive discounts on their Home & Auto Insurance. Some of the discounts include the Good Student Discount, Driver Improvement discounts and so many more.

Members of the MBA can also qualify for
American Hearing Benefits (AHB), a Starkey Hearing Technologies company. Members have access to free hearing consultations and discounts on hearing aids through its nationwide network of hearing professionals.

The MBA participates in many benefit fairs every year throughout the state. We want to provide you with the best information about the many  benefits you and your employees have access to as members of the MBA.

Upgraded billing system goes live

The Minnesota Benefit Association is implementing a new administrative platform.  This enhancement will provide a strong billing and customer service program for you.

Group invoices will continue to be delivered to you via email, and you can download your invoices with the link provided.

Once you receive your first invoice, you may notice a slight change in the amount due, this is a result of our system rounding up when calculating the total amount. This change will result in only very minor increases, essentially only pennies. This helps eliminate the problem of underpayment of premiums.

Joni Kosbab-Director of TPA Services 

A 20 year veteran of LeClair Group, Joni leads the TPA services administrative team.  Her leadership keeps the team processing defined contributions, payroll deductions, and commissions.

Joni’s team meets deadlines and handles money with the highest degree of accuracy, consistently surpassing best practices performance metrics.

In her free time Joni enjoys golfing, playing with her cats Cinder and Cole,  and taking her dog Cooper for long walks.
