New Term Life Insurance for members of the MBA
The Minnesota Benefit Association brings exciting new Term Life Insurance to all Minnesota public employees.
The Simplified Issue 10 Year Group Level Term Insurance Plan allows members of the MBA to apply for up to $150,000 of life insurance coverage. Members can qualify for group rates by answering an abbreviated set of health questions satisfactory to the insurer. There is a minimum of $50,000 of coverage.

Apply now for college scholarships
The Minnesota Benefit Association has sponsored the annual Scholarship Program for almost 50 years and over 240 scholarships have been awarded. The MBA provides 3 to 5 college scholarships a year.
In order to be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must be a Minnesota Public Employee, or the child, or grandchild, of a Minnesota Public Employee.

Leadership training courses available
The Minnesota Benefit Association offers full- or half- day leadership training courses.

Leadership training through the Minnesota Benefit Association is conducted by highly qualified trainers who have a background in education and/or public service.
